I was so excited to meet baby Penelope! She already had a fan club made up of the most adorable boy/girl twin siblings and her beautiful mama, which happens to have one of the most amazing red hair I've seen. Her brother and sister are blonde and brunette, and Miss Penelope was born with the prettiest hair color combination and a pixie cut. Can you imagine that? Below is the proof.
