Your baby will experience everything for the first time only once. There is no greater joy in being a parent and seeing your child's eyes as they discover the world. I was so happy I was asked to document Aaron's first beach experience. Watching the sea foam tickle his fingers and toes and hearing those giggles....melt my heart!

I adored meeting this family! Their warm and happy spirits made the beach an even nicer experience. Before leaving, I was gifted with the yummiest box of homemade organic maple sweetened banana muffins. I really have the most thoughtful clients that know the way to my heart <3 It's always a plus to meet other families that are into healthy eating and like minded.           I never get tired of going to the beach, and now that it's almost summer again here in South Florida, that means longer days and more beach time! This brother and sister duo were ready to play as soon as they hit the sand. I absolutely loved how free spirited and playful these kids were. They are seriously so cute in every way and it was so much fun splashing around with them. You know you've had a successful session, when it's already getting dark out and the kids don't want to leave. Thanks to their mom for picking out the cutest outfits and giving me a great idea on making my own custom beach buckets! I love when other creative moms inspire me. I forgot my towel and change of pants, so it was a squishy ride home, thankfully home wasn't that far.   Wow! These kids are gorgeous!    there was some deep topic of conversation here :)      Games of sand and seaweed tossing was on full speed!   This is what happens when mom asks her 6 year old son to hug his little sister! I'm always happy to get together with Justine and her family. Her sister, lovely daughters, and their dad were in town for a visit. I had the pleasure of having a photo session with her sister and daughters over a year ago, and was so surprised to see how much her girls had grown up! I was so happy to meet the kid's grandfather. Grandparents are such a treasure, and if they live far away, the time they have with the grandchildren is so special. I love generational photos!       I absolutely loved their dad, he's so sweet and kind, and he reminded me of my late grandfather. He gave me these mints he brought back from his home country Trinidad...and they were beyond Altoid's minty! yikes! with that and fresh ocean air, needless to say my sinuses were wide open :)      
     
       I can't tell you how much I love pregnant mamas! Those lovely baby bumps remind me of my own pregnancies and the beautiful time it is in a woman's life. Sometimes as women, we get uncomfortable in front of the camera during this time. I want to reassure the mamas out there, especially the first timers that they ARE really beautiful and it's so important to document these months that go so quickly. This gorgeous first time mommy is glowing and this beautiful couple are twice as blessed and expecting twins in December. I was so happy to meet them and pray their little bundles arrive safely.  We really did have the entire beach to ourselves that evening     |
